I. SERVICE PRICE

– Service price is fixed by us as dollard ( USD )
– Price includes 10% VAT and service charge
– The price is the net price (no commission for the referrer)

II. BOOK AND CONFIRM SERVICE

– Service booking: All your service booking requests will be officially answered by Email or by phone message. We will respond if the service we cannot provide within 12 hours.
– Service confirmation: After receiving our notice of service status, please check carefully about service conditions and prices. Then please reconfirm with us whether the service is booked or not.
– After confirming the booking, please pay for the ticket. Once we receive your ticket, we will confirm your service via Email or SMS

III. PAYMENT METHODS

– To complete the booking process, please pay the fare in advance so that DANAFI can hold your place
– You can choose the form of payment is: cash, online transfer
+) For payment in cash: You can go to DANAFI boathouse at Tho Quang, Son Tra, Da Nang wharf to pay. (if you are busy or can’t come to pay, we will come to your home or work to collect money (it is completely free to come to the place to collect money) When paying by this method, you guests will receive receipts and trip schedules
+) For transfer: when you request to pay by bank transfer, DANAFI will send you the information of the specified account (note: The transfer fee will be paid by you yourself. maths). When paying by this method, please provide your Email so that DANAFI can send receipts and schedules via Email.

IV. REGULATIONS FOR CHILDREN

– There is no strict rule for the age of the children when joining the tour. However, to ensure the safety and convenience of passengers when accompanied by small children, the minimum age is 10 years old. When joining the tour with us, you must go with your biological father or mother, in case you are traveling with family members, a confirmation from your parents is required.

V. SERVICE CHANGE

In case you want to change the travel date or increase or decrease the number of contestants, please notify us early so that we can proactively change the service procedure for you (this change will be possible if 7 days advance notice from the departure date) If the change is 3 days in advance, the service price will change and then the new price will be applied (New price = Old price + penalty for late change)

BECAUSE. CANCELLATION PENALTY CONDITIONS

1. Cancellation due to DANAFI
If DANAFI fails to conduct the tour, DANAFI must immediately notify the customer and pay the customer the full amount paid by the customer within 3 days from the date of the notice of cancellation of the tour by cash or bank transfer. Usually flight cancellations due to bad weather conditions

2. In case of cancellation of tour by customer.
Please notify DANAFI as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your booking. The cancellation penalty will be calculated as follows:
– Cancellation of the booking after paying the fare: The deposit will not be refunded.
– Cancellation of the service 7 days from the date of departure will result in a penalty of 50% of the total contract value (Depending on each means of transport such as air tickets, train tickets or cars, we will give lower penalty)
– Cancellation of the service 3 days from the date of departure will result in a penalty of 100% of the total contract value (Depending on the means of transport such as plane tickets, train tickets or cars, we will give lower penalty)

Note:
– In case of force majeure such as epidemics, wars, storms, earthquakes, customers have the right to cancel the service (we will not fine and refund the paid amount)
– Service cancellation can be notified via: Email, phone… Then DANAFI will call and send Email asking you to confirm service cancellation, then the service cancellation will be completed.
– Time to cancel the tour is calculated in working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
– Conditions of ticket cancellation as above do not apply on holidays and Tet.

3. In case of force majeure:
If the tour program is canceled or changed by either party for a reason of force majeure, the two parties will not bear any obligation to compensate for the loss that has occurred and shall not be held liable. any. However, each party is responsible for trying its best to help the aggrieved party to minimize losses caused by force majeure.

VII. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Tour price includes travel insurance. The compensation (if any) will be made by the insurance unit in accordance with regulations – insurance rules for travelers.
If the customer has additional insurance needs for health, life, property, the customer must register in advance and pay an additional amount depending on the insurance level desired by the customer for DANAFI at least 03 days before the departure date. .

VIII. RESPONSIBILITY

We will not be responsible for the loss of property during the entire trip, expenses incurred when the group encounters unforeseen natural disasters such as: protests, earthquakes, floods, storms, fires. fire, disease, adverse weather…. In addition, we will not be liable for damage, loss, delay or damage to personal property unrelated to the service provided by us such as: Flight delays, cancellations or other damages. problem of temporary residence registration…

1. Responsibilities of visitors:
– Pay in full and on time to Party B according to the provisions in the payment section.
– Be responsible for providing fully and on time the necessary documents and information related to the trip that the authorities require according to the instructions of Party B (passport, citizen identification)

2. Responsibilities of DANAFI:
– Properly and fully implement the program with the quality of service as committed
– Buy tour insurance for guests
– Responsible for providing detailed instructions and assisting customers to find out information related to the trip.
